Overview

The report describes the ratification and promulgation of the Zanaga Mining Convention as a major 2016 milestone, while the project continued permitting and examined a smaller-scale start-up option. It reports a lower cost base and US$4.9m cash balance at 2016 year end. The CSR section records no Lost Time Injuries, 398 community communication meetings with approximately 1059 local stakeholders, and continued health, education and community support. The report also presents a 6.9bn tonne Mineral Resource and a 2.1bn tonne Ore Reserve under the JORC Code (2012).
