Overview

The report describes Zelestra's 2024 progress in decarbonization, sustainability governance, and stakeholder commitments. It updated its Double Materiality exercise and reported 7,198 tCO2 of Scope 1 emissions, 0 tCO2 market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 331,877 tCO2 of Scope 3 emissions. The workforce reached 906 employees at year-end, with women representing 25% of the Board of Directors. Deloitte Auditores, S.L. provided an independent limited assurance report over information identified in Appendix III.
