Annual Report

The report is the Group's first ESG report, prepared under the Hong Kong ESG Reporting Guide and covering 1 January to 31 December 2020. It describes an ESG working group supporting the Board and identifies material topics including service quality, privacy, anti-corruption, employment, health and safety, and training. Environmental data for the Beijing headquarters records no direct GHG emissions and 45.32 tonnes of indirect GHG emissions, while group-wide social data reports 243 employees and no work-related fatalities. The report also describes implemented measures for privacy, anti-corruption, employee health and safety, and resource conservation.
