Overview

The report presents the Group's 2025 environmental, social and governance performance across its company and two major subsidiaries. The Board is identified as the highest ESG oversight body, while a 2025 climate-related scenario analysis assessed resilience. Reported gross emissions were 95.83 tonnes of CO2 equivalent for Scope 1, 648.75 tonnes for location-based Scope 2, and 9.19 tonnes for partial Scope 3 covering Categories 1 and 5. The Group also reported 376 employees at year-end and continued energy-saving, waste-reduction, occupational safety, anti-corruption, and community initiatives.
