Overview

The report presents FY2021 ESG performance for 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 and assigns overall ESG governance to the Board, supported by an ESG working group. It reports Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 10,031.11, 3,476.12 and 245.34 Tonnes CO2, respectively, and water consumption of 192 '000 m3. The workforce totaled 613 full-time employees, with zero work-related fatalities; the Group was also recognized as a Green Factory and reported ISO 14001 certification.
