Overview

The report is the Group's first ESG report for 2023, covering 1 January to 31 December and focusing KPIs on the Company and Zhejiang Zhong An Property Management. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 58.69 Tonnes of CO2 equivalent and Scope 2 emissions of 2,149.56 Tonnes of CO2 equivalent, alongside total energy consumption of 3,986.05 MWh and total water consumption of 145,864 m3. The year-end workforce totaled 2,696 full-time permanent employees.
