Overview

The report covers the Group's water and property businesses for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. It sets Group-level 2030 goals to reduce electricity consumption by 4%, water consumption by 4%, non-hazardous waste by 8% and GHG emissions by 8% from the 2022/2023 base year. Reported 2025 metrics include 11.93 tCO2e Scope 1 emissions, 434.53 tCO2e Scope 2 emissions and 747.26 MWh total energy consumption. The Group reports 42 employees, zero employee casualties and 20.5 average training hours per employee.
