Overview

The report describes a three-level ESG governance structure in which the Board leads and supervises ESG management. It reports 2022 office-operation energy consumption of 2,583 MWh and Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 42.73 and 1,373.52 tonnes of CO 2 equivalent, respectively. The Group had 4,419 full-time employees and reported zero work-related fatalities, while charitable donations totaled approximately RMB18.6 million.
