Overview

The report presents Zhongmiao's first ESG report for 2024, prepared under the HKEX ESG Reporting Guide. It describes Board-led ESG oversight, an ESG leadership and executive structure, and an independent stakeholder materiality assessment identifying 17 material issues. Environmental disclosures include 76.49 tCO2e of Scope 2 and total greenhouse gas emissions, 152.83 MWh of energy consumption, 2,072.47 m3 of water consumption and 5.25 tonnes of non-hazardous waste. The report also identifies physical and transition climate risks and sets a target to reduce energy consumption by 10% from a 2023 baseline by 2025.
