Overview

The report presents the company's second Sustainability Report 2018 under the GRI Standards Core option and expands actual performance reporting to most operating subsidiaries, excluding the newest Changsha store. It reports annual product-quality, net-weight and fresh-produce inspection passing rates of 99.78%, 99.04% and 99.99%, respectively. Customer satisfaction survey rates were 98.70%, 99.08% and 98.91% across the reported quarterly periods, while training covered 14,696 personnel over 1,935 hours.
