Sustainability Report

Overview

The report covers the Group's 2020 sustainability performance across its operating subsidiaries and describes the operational disruption and response arising from COVID-19. It reports 5,638,332 product-quality inspections with a 99.99% passing rate and 33,978 seafood inspections with a 100.00% passing rate. The Group conducted 774.5 training hours and trained 7,854 personnel, while its e-commerce programme went live in six stores and reached close to 100,000 active users. Sustainability governance is led by a Sustainability Committee, with progress reported to the Board, and external assurance was considered unnecessary for the year.
