Overview

The report presents the Group's 2020 ESG management approach and performance across ferry services, public utilities, hotels and property development. It reports lower total GHG emissions, total energy consumption, non-hazardous waste and water consumption than 2019, while also describing energy-saving, recycling and pollution-control measures. Workforce disclosures cover approximately 2,284 employees, occupational health and safety training, labour standards and employee development. The annual report also explains how COVID-19 affected operations during FY2020.
