Overview

The report presents strong 2020 environmental progress, including a 6.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity, 44.3% renewable electricity, 48.0% PCR glass content and a 20.3% reduction in water-consumption intensity. It also reports 45 workplace accidents, 18,884 training hours and 1,686 employees at year-end. ESG governance was strengthened through the ESG Committee, formal policies and ESG-linked remuneration.
