The report presents FY21 as a transformational year in which Zip expanded into a 12-market global BNPL business, reporting $397.5 million revenue and 7.3 million customers. Its inaugural Social Impact Report describes a materiality matrix, a global Zip it Forward strategy, and SDG mapping focused on financial empowerment, social wellbeing and responsible citizenship. Zip also states that it offset global operational emissions of 4,288 tCO2e and achieved Climate Neutral Certification from South Pole.
