Overview

The report describes 3i's corporate responsibility approach across responsible company, employer and investor roles. It reports 580.29 tonnes CO2e of measured Scope 1 and 2 emissions for the year to 31 March 2014, calculated using the GHG Protocol and UK Government conversion factors. 3i had 266 employees, including 100 women, and became an accredited London Living Wage Employer. It also highlights responsible-investment policies and support for Community Links' Play, Sow and Grow hub.
