The report describes 3i's responsible-investment approach, with Board oversight of ESG and climate matters and an ESG Committee supporting executive accountability. During the year, the company submitted a commitment letter to the SBTi and reported measured Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. It also reports a workforce of 249 employees as at 31 March 2023.
