Overview

The report presents 3i's FY2026 sustainability approach as centered on responsible investment, talent and corporate citizenship, with Board oversight and a Sustainability Committee supporting executive management. It reports 223 employees at 31 March 2026 and a global voluntary turnover rate of 4.5%. The Group's own operations recorded 29.5 tCO2e Scope 1, 131.7 tCO2e location-based Scope 2 and 3,192.3 tCO2e Scope 3, alongside 770.3 MWh total energy consumption. 3i also reports SBTi-validated targets, including a 42% absolute reduction in market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY2030 from FY2023.
