The report describes the company's 2020 response to COVID-19, including production of more than two billion respirators for health care workers and first responders. It reports Scope 1 and 2 emissions 71.1% below baseline and progress toward renewable energy and carbon-neutral operations. The report also highlights 42.9% of manufacturing sites attaining zero-landfill status and progress in global diversity representation from 32.6% to 43.2%.
