Global Impact Report

The report describes 3M's 2023 sustainability performance, including a 43.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, 56.2% renewable electricity use, and a year-end workforce of 85,300 employees. It also presents companywide climate, circular materials, community, human rights, workforce, and supply-chain initiatives. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board and its Science, Technology & Sustainability Committee, and the report includes independent Apex assurance over selected metrics.
