Overview

The report supplements A2A's sustainability disclosures with group-wide HR programmes, formal health and safety and contractor controls, and information-security governance. It describes responsible AI policies and programmes covering mandatory training, model monitoring, fairness assessments and appeals. During 2025, A2A maintained ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications and reported no data breach incidents; it also presents physical climate-risk analysis based on financial materiality.
