Overview

The report presents Aareal Bank Group's 2020 ESG approach across environmental, employee, social, human-rights and anti-corruption matters. It highlights initial ESG transparency covering roughly 80% of the property-finance portfolio and approximately 49,000 GJ of energy use at the Wiesbaden and Mainz headquarters. The separate non-financial report was subject to a limited assurance engagement by PricewaterhouseCoopers under ISAE 3000.
