Overview

The report describes Aavas Financiers' FY 2021-22 progress across affordable housing finance, social impact and emerging environmental reporting. The company issued its first Social Masala Bond to support women's access to housing finance, expanded CSR programs reaching rural women, construction workers, children and other communities, and received Great Place To Work certification. It also voluntarily adopted BRSR and disclosed Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, energy consumption and waste metrics, while continuing to develop green-housing and energy-efficiency initiatives.
