Overview

The report presents Artea Group's first consolidated sustainability information prepared under CSRD and ESRS for 2025. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, recalculates 2024 GHG data, and sets a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 35% by 2030, alongside a net-zero commitment for 2050. The Group reports 1,293 employees, 100% training participation and zero work-related fatalities. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Supervisory Council and Management Board, supported by ESG risk committees and a Double Materiality Assessment.
