Sustainability Report

The report describes ABB's 2021 progress toward its 2030 sustainability strategy, including a 39 percent reduction in GHG emissions from the 2019 baseline and progress toward carbon-neutral operations. Green electricity reached 51 percent, while circularity, waste reduction and resource-efficiency initiatives were expanded across the Group. ABB recorded zero employee and contractor fatalities for the first time since 2011, and women represented 16.3 percent of senior management.
