Global Sustainability Report

The report describes Abbott's 2024 sustainability progress across health access, workforce development, environmental performance and responsible operations. It reports a 9% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2018 baseline, 43.1% female representation in global management, and a 93.5% waste diversion rate. The report also details water stewardship certifications, supply-chain due diligence and progress toward Abbott's 2030 Sustainability Plan. Selected 2024 environmental and safety data received limited assurance from Apex Companies.
