ESG Report

Overview

The report presents ADCB's inaugural Group ESG disclosures for 2021. It highlights the Bank's commitment to provide AED 35 billion of green finance by 2030, operational GHG emissions of 26,116 tCO2e, and a workforce of 7,987 employees. The report also documents a comprehensive materiality assessment and a new Group-wide sustainability governance framework with Board oversight. ESG performance disclosures are supported by GRI and SASB indices and limited independent assurance over selected GHG metrics.
