Overview

The report presents ADCB Group's 2023 ESG performance across climate, customers and communities, employees, and governance. It reports a 10.7 million tCO~2~e financed-emissions baseline for the most carbon-intensive sectors and operational Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 644, 15,048 and 7,294 tCO~2~e respectively. Sustainable finance reached AED 30.3 billion against commitments of AED 50 billion by 2025 and AED 125 billion by 2030. The workforce comprised 9,031 employees, 43% female, while women represented 18% of the 11-member Board.
