Overview

The report presents ACC's ESG approach as integrated across its operations, services and investments, while an ESG corporate policy was still being developed. It reports 3,538 permanent and temporary staff, with women representing 69% of the workforce and 63% of Board members. Environmental disclosures quantify CO2 by source and state that calculations follow ISO 14064-1:2006. The report also describes adoption of SafePlus to strengthen leadership, risk management and employee engagement.
