Sustainability Report

The report presents Acea's 2021 sustainability performance through a Board-approved 2020-2024 Sustainability Plan aligned with the 2030 Agenda. The Group reported 420 GWh of GO-certified renewable electricity consumption and continued expanding renewable generation. Social highlights included 6,466 employees in the reporting scope, 24% women, a Group Diversity & Inclusion Plan and a vaccination hub that administered more than 140,000 doses. Environmental disclosures covered 347,487 t of total waste generated, with 45% recovered, as well as detailed water, energy and GHG accounts.
