Annual Integrated Report

The report is Acerinox's first Annual Integrated Report and incorporates its financial, sustainability and non-financial information disclosures. It highlights the 2020 acquisition of VDM Metals, which expanded the Group into high-performance alloys, alongside circular-economy and climate commitments including climate neutrality by 2050 and a 20% Scope 1+2 emissions-intensity reduction by 2030. The Group reported 8,195 year-end employees and detailed energy, water, waste and emissions performance. Its consolidated non-financial statement was subject to Deloitte's independent limited assurance.
