Consolidated Management Report

The report presents Acerinox's 2025 Group performance after the full integration of Haynes International, reporting EUR 5,781 million in revenue, 9,139 employees and 5,904,121.81 MWh of total energy consumption. It reports 807,964 tCO2eq of Scope 1 emissions, 704,975 tCO2eq of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 4,447,596 tCO2eq of Scope 3 emissions, alongside 2030 reduction targets of 44.76% for Scopes 1 and 2 and 15% for Scope 3 against 2021. Sustainability reporting follows ESRS/CSRD, GRI, the GHG Protocol and the EU Taxonomy, supported by double materiality and limited external assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores, S.L. Women represented 36.4% of the Board.
