Overview

The report describes a resilient 2020 workforce of 22,331 employees and a structured ESG approach spanning responsible ownership, business ethics, governance and long-term solvency. AvH formally joined the UN PRI initiative and expanded ESG reporting and materiality work across its major participations. The report also highlights that 86% of AvH shareholders' equity was covered by participations with an SDG policy.
