Overview

The report describes AvH's 2022 ESG progress across its portfolio and own operations. It reports that 91% of the portfolio had an ESG policy, while accounting-perimeter Scope 1 and 2 emissions totaled 672,792 tonnes of CO2 equivalents. The company also set a 30% reduction target for its own Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 from a 2022 base year. External validation included a Sustainalytics score of 9.0, a UN PRI four-star rating and a CDP C rating.
