Annual Report

The report presents Adani Enterprises as a diversified incubator that continued expanding across airports, roads, water, data centres, solar manufacturing and defence during FY 2020-21. Consolidated income from operations was reported at ₹40,291 crore, while solar module production reached 1,157 MW and sales reached 1,158 MW. The company also highlighted new airport operations, defence contracts and the AdaniConneX data-centre venture. Sustainability was integrated into core strategy, supported by Board-led sustainability governance and extensive CSR and Business Responsibility disclosures.
