Integrated Annual Report

The report presents the company's FY 2025-26 performance as an integrated transport platform handling 500.8 MMT of cargo and expanding its international footprint through the NQXT acquisition. It reports a Net Zero 2040 pathway, 28% renewable electricity consumption and detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions disclosure. Resource and nature initiatives include 12 Zero Waste to Landfill ports and 4,240 hectares of mangrove afforestation executed. The ESG disclosures received independent reasonable assurance from TUV India Private Limited.
