The report describes the Adecco Group's move toward integrating sustainability and ESG considerations across its business, alongside a full materiality analysis underway. It sets a goal to reduce average CO2-equivalent emissions by 12% by 2022 and reports 2017 emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. Its Win4Youth program involved 49,814 participants who logged 7,328,932 km, resulting in a CHF 500,000 donation to six charities.
