Overview

The report presents the Adecco Group's 2030 Integrated Sustainability Framework, built from a 2018 materiality process and organised around four stakeholder goals. It describes Board and Executive Committee oversight alongside initiatives on diversity and inclusion, workforce vitality, apprenticeships and social innovation. CEO for One Month attracted more than 204,000 applications, while Win4Youth logged 8.6 million converted kilometres and generated a CHF 500,000 donation to Plan International.
