Sustainability Report on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

The report describes Adient's fiscal year 2022 ESG strategy and progress, including SBTi validation of Scope 1, 2 and 3 reduction targets. It reports 4.8 million tCO2e of total FY2022 emissions and extensive energy, water and waste programs. The report also covers a global workforce of more than 70,000 employees and initiatives in human rights, safety, diversity and communities. Board-level oversight of ESG matters and dedicated TCFD, SASB and GRI disclosures are included.
