Annual Report

The report describes Adient's 75% Scope 1 and 2 emissions-reduction goal by 2030 from a 2019 base year and a carbon-neutral manufacturing-site target by 2040. It also sets a goal to attribute 100% of worldwide site electricity to renewable sources by 2035, while noting that more than 60 sites already consume electricity from a renewable source. The company reports more than 70,000 employees, with 41% of the global workforce female, and maintains an ISO 45001-certified health and safety management system.
