Sustainability Report

The report covers Adient's fiscal year 2024 sustainability performance from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. It reports validated scope 1, 2 and 3 reduction targets, including a 75% absolute scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 and carbon neutrality at manufacturing sites by 2040. The report provides extensive global energy, emissions, water, waste, workforce and diversity data, including a year-end headcount of 70,510 employees. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP performed a limited assurance review over selected environmental metrics.
