Digital Intelligence Sustainability Report

The report describes AIS's 2018 sustainability priorities across digital innovation, data privacy, human capital, social inclusion, cyber wellness, emissions and waste. It set a 75% reduction target for combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG intensity by 2023, against a 2015 base year, and reported 2.2 million e-bill users. The report also recorded 12,314 employees and 95% participation in new-ability training.
