Consolidated Management Report

The report describes Aena's recovery from the COVID-19 crisis while strengthening its sustainability governance and climate action. It reports a 66.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions against the 2019 base year and sets carbon-neutrality and Net Zero Carbon milestones. The report also highlights a consolidated workforce of 8,811 people at year-end, alongside extensive diversity, training and health and safety measures. Its NFIS covers environmental management, human rights, social impacts, the value chain and sustainable finance under a broad ESG reporting framework.
