Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes AerCap's 2019 ESG approach across fleet modernization, environmental efficiency, governance, and corporate citizenship. The company reported that 58% of its fleet comprised new-technology aircraft and that Scope 3 GHG emissions from downstream leased assets had fallen by more than 17%. Board diversity increased to 20% female directors, while the company reported no fatalities or serious workplace injuries in 2019.
