The report covers ARM's managed Platinum and Ferrous operations for F2011 and reports 28 704 employees and contractors. Safety performance improved substantially, although one work-related fatality occurred during the year. Community investment reached R124.45 million through CSI, LED and the ARM BBEE Trust.
