Overview

The report describes ARM's F2012 financial and sustainability performance in an integrated format. Sales increased to R17.53 billion and headline earnings rose 2%, while the Group reported four fatalities and an improved LTIFR of 0.40. Environmental disclosures include 1,737,068 of attributable Scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint equivalent and 17,991,948 m3 of water withdrawn. ARM states that its Sustainability Report was prepared in accordance with GRI G3 application level A+ and externally assured for the third consecutive year.
