Overview

The report presents ARM's F2013 financial, operational and sustainability performance in an integrated annual report, while noting that the full Sustainability Report is published separately. It reports no fatalities at ARM-managed mines, total labour of 24 716 and female employees at 15%. ARM's attributable Scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint was 1 230 002 tonnes CO2e, and total CSR investment reached R168.5 million.
