Sustainability Impact Report

The report presents AGCO's Farmer-First sustainability strategy across four Action Fields, covering product innovation, cleaner powertrains, responsible product life cycle and thriving communities. In 2025, it reported 37% less absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions against its 2022 baseline and 51% renewable energy use. It also highlights a TCIR of 0.62, 180,000 learning hours and initiatives supporting farmer safety, mental health and inclusion. The report states that its disclosures were not subject to external assurance.
