The report presents AZRB's sustainability performance for the 18-month period ended 30 June 2020 through five regrouped Material Sustainability Matters covering economic performance, quality and innovation, supply chain management, health and safety, and diversity and community. It reports RM133,832.86 invested in 108 training and capacity-building sessions, alongside sustainability initiatives such as local sourcing, HSE programmes and environmental monitoring. The report also highlights a head-office employee distribution of 1,022 people and 53% involvement of women in management.
