Overview

The report describes AIA's group-wide Healthy Living CSR programme as its primary social responsibility focus, combining employee well-being initiatives with community health, environmental and education projects. It reports 20,000 employees and a 96 per cent 2013 employee survey participation rate. Environmental actions included LEED certification for AIA Financial Centre, office energy-saving devices and collection of over 600 old e-devices. Community programmes included health and sports activities, disaster relief, schools and scholarships across Asia-Pacific.
