The report highlights AIA's strong 2015 operating performance, including Value of New Business of US$2,198 million and continued growth across its Asia-Pacific markets. It also describes a Healthy Living-focused CSR programme, including HK$1,299,000 raised through the 1299 Challenge and broad community sports, education and health initiatives. Employee engagement is presented as a group-wide priority, with an annual survey covering 20,000 employees across the region.
